Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Manager in Richmond, VA at NOVEL Scott's Addition.
Responsibilities include:
- Large-scale event planning, including vendor coordination and service scheduling
- Significant outreach marketing efforts, including relationship-building with local businesses and community engagement
- Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
- Greets prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications.
- Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.
- Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.
- File compliance management, ensuring timely electronic maintenance of leases, resident files, and prospect files

Other Criteria:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software.
- Be able to make a difference!
- Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase occupancy
- Experience with Canva or other design software preferred for creating marketing materials and social media content
- Experience with RealPage / OneSite
