Job Overview:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of residential property. Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Rent Collection:
- Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Conduct property tours, highlight features, and explain lease terms to prospective tenants.
- Assist tenants with lease applications, approvals, and renewals.
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage overdue accounts.
- Tenant Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and lease violations as needed.
- Ensure tenants are familiar with property rules and regulations.
- Marketing and Advertising:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Place ads on online platforms, manage property listings, and use social media to promote available units.
- Coordinate with photographers, contractors, or staging services to ensure properties are market ready.
- Lease Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.

- Property Inspections and Maintenance:

- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and appealing to prospective tenants.
- Reporting and Financial Management:
- Track leasing performance metrics such as occupancy rates, vacancy turnover, and rent collection.
- Prepare reports for management on leasing trends, occupancy levels, and tenant retention.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property revenue and expenses.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the property management team, maintenance staff, and other departments.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Skills:
