Job Title: Tower Deli & Grill Team Member
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $11-$14.50
Must be able to work at least 3 shifts a week, AM or PM, weekend or holiday availability

Job Summary
As a Team Member at Tower Deli & Grill, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to our high standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety protocols
- Assist with restocking and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Previous experience working in a deli, sandwich shop, or grill kitchen is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
Salary : $11 - $15
