What You’ll Do:
As an FTO, your responsibilities will include:

• Training Excellence: Develop and deliver training protocols that ensure technicians meet our quality standards.
• Upholding Values: Foster our company culture and values, ensuring they are ingrained in every new hire.
• Ongoing Mentorship: Serve as the first point of contact for technicians, addressing their day-to-day challenges and supporting their growth.
• Team Oversight: Manage previously trained technicians in your region, ensuring they uphold company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor job performance and provide feedback to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Travel Full-Time: Lead training efforts in new locations, staying adaptable and resourceful in every setting.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
