A Project Manager at That 1 Painter Eugene both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Location Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers.
Overview:
- Sales Role for Providing Estimates in-person for our amazing customers
- Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays in the busy season. Full-Time Position

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Recruit and manage subcontractors
- Build a sales funnel through relationships, cold calling, and referrals
- Estimating on-site with potential customers
- Estimating virtually with potential clients as needed
- Accurately estimating labor and materials on the quote and submitting the quote to the customer within 24 hours
- Upselling clients on additional services
- Communicating with customers concerning colors and other basic preparations before the job starts
- Pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, and other home service businesses etc.)
- Ensure jobs are appropriately staffed
- Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients’s needs and delivering a quality project.
- Help problem solve with crew leads if any problems arise on a project.
- Keep the CRM updated and accurately reflecting the calendar
Experience Required:
- Two years of experience in Sales or Project Management
- Experience with estimating, customer service, and sales
Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Acumen

- Willingness to cold call to build a sales funnel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Ability to accurately estimate product and labor costs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using a personal computer, cell phone, and software programs
- Confidence in communicating paint products and services
Compensation Package:
- $5,000 monthly salary.
- Commission is 3-7% of margin depending on gross profit margin
Compensation Benefits:
- Two weeks’ vacation (ten days) after a six-month waiting period
