What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Hall Cook position at Thayer Academy?
SUMMARY:
Executes daily job duties provided by the Chef de Cuisine & Dining Room Manager. Duties will need a base knowledge of prepping, staging, and cooking.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Maintain and practice all standards set by the Board of Health
Cooking, prepping, & staging of all food products
Hot and cold food execution experience needed
Receive and put away deliveries when they arrive
Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested or required
