Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co., LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. This position will be based in our Pataskala, OH office.
Position Overview: Thayer Power and Communication is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to ensure day-to-day management of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure inventory accuracy and control of work materials for the operation of the organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Planning, assignment and direction of daily warehouse operations.
- Maintains up to date inventories and records.
- Receiving products and unloading in a timely manner.
- Purchase control for warehouse operations.
- Distribution and delivery of materials for field jobs.
- Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse.
- Maintains and develops a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all associates.
- Understand, follow, and uphold all safety expectations.
- Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and orderly.
- Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Attention to internal and external complaints and problems.
- 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Class A CDL.
- Proficient with warehouse equipment including ability to run a forklift and pallet jacks
- Strong Leadership and organizational skills required.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
