Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various communication channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities.
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor account activity and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service delivery.
- Schedule Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on technology sales, direct sales, or retail sales.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
