About the Role
We seek an enthusiastic executive assistant who is hyper-organized, with a minimum of 1 year experience in executive assistance, passionate about pop culture, and entertainment. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the agency.
Responsibilities
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management, providing administrative and client support, supporting our Brand Partnerships team.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments, calendar management, scheduling travel, organizing/preparing expense reports.
- Support on brand partnerships projects and campaigns, including ideating talent, updating client statuses, tracking social placements, etc.
- Manage and update Partnerships case studies and digital wrap reports.
- Create pitch materials utilizing case studies for current and potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current events within the entertainment landscape, specifically in regards to brands and talent.
- Support with personal appointments and scheduling for the Managing Partner.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience as an executive assistant.
- Ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, meet tight deadlines, and work well in a high-volume fast-paced environment while addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
- Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis.
- Attention to detail, incredible organization, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including punctuation and sentence structure are essential to the administrative assistant role.
- Extremely proficient in Google Suite applications, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year executive assistant experience in marketing/brand partnerships within entertainment/fashion preferred.
