Commercial Real Estate Executive Assistant
Reports To: Vice President of Operations and CEO
Position Description: This role presents a dynamic entrepreneurial opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will gain valuable experience in leasing, financing, property management, asset management, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Compile financing packages by gathering financial data and supporting materials.
- Prepare internal investment presentation packages.
- Monitor and track property financials, including rent rolls, operating expenses, and lease terms.
- Support due diligence, lender reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update property management reporting databases.
- Conduct market research and assist in marketing available properties.
- Develop property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, mailings, etc.
- Gather comparable sales, lease rates, and investment opportunities.
- Pursue special projects assigned, working independently or collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (business, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate brokerage, finance, or property management is a plus.
