Salary Range: $37,000.00-43,000.00, DOE

Objectives of this role
- Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience
- Ensure peak operations for the campus and implement preventive measures for potential issues
- Implement policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow
- Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
- Respond to requests and questions about office operations
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in front office area, and keep management informed regularly via performance reports
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; enrollment activities; maintaining tracker systems; social media and marketing post; mailing and shipping packages; and updating contacts database and employee lists
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when requested
- Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested
- Supervises front office associates and health technician
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferably other MS Office programs as well)
- Know how to operate a multi-line phone
- Type at least 60 words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
- Commitment to helping at-risk students prepare for and succeed in college
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience with student information systems such as PowerSchool, SchoolMaster
- Manage school paperwork, calendars, and communication with parents
- Maintain front desk and lobby, log visitors and answer questions
- General Administrative Support
- Bilingual in Spanish / English
- Experience with student information systems such as PowerSchool, SchoolMaster
Salary : $37,000 - $43,000
