Job Description | Responsibilities | Duties :
- Assist with stocking, set-up and break-down of kitchen and buffet stations.
- Inspect, clean, chop, portion, prepare and cook breakfast food items.
- You will be cooking made to order omelets and eggs on the buffet line in front of the guests.
- Food should be prepped and cooked according to the recipe guidelines.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills and fryers.
- Clean kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment at end of shift..
- Ensure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
- Stock inventory and leftover food properly.
- Cook menu items with the cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Ensure food comes out to the buffet line as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with kitchen crew, servers and customers.
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers and grills.
- Minimize loss and waste.
