With 20 years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support our growing Americas region.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our US team. In this role, you will work closely with our US-based Engineering Manager and the Access Coins Tech Team to support our cloud-hosted ERP application. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our flagship product remains high-performing, reliable, and responsive to our customers' evolving needs.

Day To Day, You Will

• Build and administer environments as required by our customers.
• Monitor the quality and maintainability of our systems, aligning with good practices.
• Encourage collaboration with the engineering and support teams to understand and improve the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on automation, monitoring, and quick incident response.
• Automate repetitive and manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing error rates.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, comfortable working across teams to enhance development processes and troubleshoot issues. Willingness to be on camera and actively participate in discussions.
• Flexibility to support after-hours projects, participate in on-call duties, and work an 8 AM ET start as part of a rotation. Ability to remain composed and apply problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in Support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role, with exposure to Linux systems hosted on a cloud environment, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and practices to ensure high availability and performance.
• An interest in or exposure to security best practices, as well as tooling used to maintain and enhance security in a cloud environment.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies in cloud hosting and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge or experience of Progress OpenEdge would be beneficial but not essential.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $63,000 annually, with additional compensation for after-hours project work. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
