Program Summary
The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Logistics Integration Support (LIS) Secondary Repairable (SECREP) Program supports the repair and distribution of Marine Corps Ground Equipment.
Position Summary
The positions will provide logistics services to coordinate the complex repair processes for the Supply Chain Marine Command (SCMC) Logistics Integration Support (LIS) Secondary Repairable (SECREP) program.
The positions will manage and operate the logistics of all LIS SECREP activities that result in efficient and effective repair cycle time for Marine Corps items and an improved supply chain. The services provided include: 1) productivity improvement; 2) quality assurance and quality control; 3) inventory management; 4) distribution networks; 5) transportation and shipment of goods and materials; and 6) materials management and handling; 7) optimizing supply chains by supporting USMC regional Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) strategy and leveraging existing regional capabilities with partner nations and local commercial industry.
Responsibilities
· The Site Manager is responsible for implementing initiatives and process improvements.
- Effectively communicate with USMC leadership on site.
- Monitor the software platforms.
- Closely manage Contractor Turnaround Time to ensure standards are met.
- Responsible for site compliance and quality control.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 7 plus years related and substantial work experience performing similar job functions.
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with Marine Corps senior uniformed officers and senior executives.
- Must currently possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government (USG) issued National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) prior to being hired.
Preferred Skills
- B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other related program fields
- Experience in the USMC LIS SECREP/SECREP
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.

Albany, Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton, Barstow, Okinawa Japan, Kaneohe Bay Hawaii
