Senior HR & Global Compensation Analyst - Greenwich, CT

Our highly regarded multinational financial services client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their HR team in Greenwich, CT . This role is integral to managing compensation, compliance, and global payroll operations , ensuring seamless HR processes across multiple regions

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in maintaining seamless HR operations across our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

Compensation & Share Administration :

Track new hire compensation details, including bonus targets, RSU grants, multi-year guarantees, and other non-cash components .
Maintain compensation data, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and compensation systems .
Assist in assembling year-end compensation summaries for tax-authorized expatriates.
Support data submissions for compensation market benchmarking .
Coordinate the ITIN process for international partners .
Aid in maintaining accurate employee stockholder details and RSU election preferences .
Assist employees with share administration portal logins and account inquiries .

Global Employer Compliance & Payroll :

Gather data for annual employer compensation filings across UK, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

Support visa issuance and immigration-related data collection.

Assist with APAC HR programs , including benefits administration, employee housing, and onboarding .

Ensure accurate payroll documentation and processing across multiple countries (US, UK, JP, HK, AU, SG, UAE, Korea).

Conduct post-payroll audits for the US.

Additional HR Operations & Projects :

Provide exceptional support to employees, managers, and HR teams on compensation and compliance-related inquiries.

Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements .

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required).

1-3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.

Familiarity with payroll tax laws and payroll processing systems is a plus.

Local candidates preferred.
