Senior HR & Global Compensation Analyst - Greenwich, CT
Our highly regarded multinational financial services client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their HR team in Greenwich, CT . This role is integral to managing compensation, compliance, and global payroll operations , ensuring seamless HR processes across multiple regions

Key Responsibilities :
Compensation & Share Administration :
- Track new hire compensation details, including bonus targets, RSU grants, multi-year guarantees, and other non-cash components .
- Maintain compensation data, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and compensation systems .
- Assist in assembling year-end compensation summaries for tax-authorized expatriates.
- Support data submissions for compensation market benchmarking .
- Coordinate the ITIN process for international partners .
- Aid in maintaining accurate employee stockholder details and RSU election preferences .
- Assist employees with share administration portal logins and account inquiries .
