Develop a field staff infrastructure able to accommodate significant growth potential while elevating current service levels. Directs the planning and distribution of field inspections. Proactively monitors performance levels and provides management reporting information as requested by management. Assures client expectations for service and are met. Maintains and builds the field operational infrastructure to fulfill Reliable’s business objectives. Maximize field operations productivity and efficiency.
DUTIES:
• Utilization of managerial experience and interpersonal training to monitor the distribution of daily work.
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to make independent decisions on the success level of field operations.
• Sourcing, hiring and disciplinary actions of the field employees or staff.
• Maintaining a culture of constant improvement in the areas of productivity, time service, quality and expenses.
• Exercise independent judgment in coaching, training, developing, motivating and disciplining of field staff or employees.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

SKILL SET:
• Education or equivalent training, typically found in two to four year degree program.
• Excellent oral, written, and organization skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• General understanding of insurance underwriting concepts.
TRAINING REQUIRED:
This position requires a thorough understanding of Reliable products, services, technology, and management philosophy. If this position is filled from outside the company, appropriate training and exposure to Reliable products, services, technology and management philosophy will be provided by Reliable.
GROOMING REQUIREMENTS:
Hair must be a natural color and kept neatly groomed at all times. Braids, cornrows and dread locks may be worn as long as the style is conservative, they lie snugly on the head, are neat in appearance. Men’s hair must not be longer than the bottom of collar. Mohawks and spiked hair are prohibited. Men may not have ponytails. Facial hair may not be more than 1/2 inch long at the bottom and the area under the chin must be shaved. Sideburns must not extend beyond the ear lobe or into the face. All skin surrounding any facial hair must always be clean-shaven.
