What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting and Reporting Administrator position at The Adam Corporation Group?
The Recruiting and Reporting Administrator is responsible for coordinating recruitment for The Adam Corporation/Group (“Company”) and affiliated divisions. The position will also be responsible for select annual and quarterly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports to assist the HR department. This position requires attention to detail, timeliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and customer service skills, while adhering to the standards set by the Company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
RECRUITING:
- Meet hiring goals by filling management and non-management level open positions with talented and qualified candidates
- Post open positions on job boards and HRIS system
- Work closely with outside recruiting agencies on approved job searches and assist HR Director with executive level searches
- Ability to utilize social media (i.e. Linked-In) to assist with recruitment efforts
- Screen candidate resumes and/or application forms
- Perform phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate additional interviews with the hiring manager
- Develop and update job descriptions and job qualifications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
REPORTING:
- Run custom and standardized reports from ADP WorkforceNow and distribute as needed
- Responsible for annual and quarterly reports pertaining to Affirmative Action Plan, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Equal Employment Opportunity, Mandatory Absence, and other required reports
OTHER:
- Assist Senior Corporate Benefits and Senior Corporate Payroll Specialist as needed
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED – JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA Business, HR or related degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years HR recruiting and administration experience at a mid/large sized corporation
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Ability to work at a professional corporation with an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic
- Strong analytical and organization skills
