Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at The Addison of Erie Station. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our building through routine procedures and special work orders.
This is a Tuesday-Saturday days position, 9am-5pm with a competitive salary range of $22.00-$24.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders around the community.
- Perform repairs and installations involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
- Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
- Contribute to general maintenance projects and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
Requirements:
- 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently and feel a sense of accomplishment after completing tasks or projects.
