What are the responsibilities and job description for the Space Planner position at The Adecco Group?
Adecco has partnered with a commercial real estate group to recruit and hire a full-time Commercial Space Planner to oversee office space planning and design in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead space planning, design development, and project administration for innovative commercial office spaces.
- Provide leasing support through design strategies that drive property value and leasing potential.
- Oversee schematic design, space planning, and project execution to deliver sustainable, high-quality office environments.
- Manage design tasks, allocate resources, resolve technical challenges, and ensure accurate project documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date building plans and ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards.
- Integrate sustainability initiatives and industry best practices to enhance commercial spaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3 years of commercial design experience.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of space planning, schematic design, and construction documentation for commercial office environments.
- Familiarity with BOMA standards
