We started in 2023 and have been consistently growing while maintaining a 5 star rating across review sites.
High Level Description:
Our company is looking for a flexible part time / on-call property manager that can grow with us as our business grows. We focus on maintaining a great relationship with both tenants and home owners. The ideal candidate will be working on a small team to help become the key person managing these properties. Our company is unique, in that we are actually building multiple companies simultaneously. There will be tremendous growth opportunities with this position and within the companies we manage. 1099 during 30 day trial period and then will offer employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations:
- Market and lease properties to ensure high occupancy rates (target: 96% ).
- Build positive relationships with tenants, addressing questions and resolving complaints professionally.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and enforcement of terms.
- Property Maintenance:
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure repairs are handled promptly.
- Source and coordinate with contractors for maintenance and capital projects.
- Develop creative, cost-effective solutions to maintenance challenges.
- Financial Management:
- Collect rents, deposits, and fees; address delinquencies promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
- Complete and submit timely financial reports.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized, accurate records of leases, inspections, maintenance logs, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Ideal Candidates:
- Would have 5 years in property management
- Would have a strong understanding of property management software and managing all aspects of onboarding, maintaining and onboarding of clients and tenants using Doorloop
- Would be willing to accept requests after normal business hours in times of emergencies
- Has experience developing processes to better manage tenants, clients and remove inefficiencies
- Be flexible in a startup environment

Pay: $500.00 - $750.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
