Success from office management, broker support, budgeting, marketing and commission disbursements. Office Management:
- Responsible for directing all processes and managing of the office environment from signage, to office cleaning to answering phones and office technology
- Maintain commission tracking platform and prepare/submit commission breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines with Designated Broker oversight
- Manage office budget, marketing reimbursements from brokers, ordering of supplies
- Administer opening & closing procedures
- Coordinate on-boarding and training of new agents & team members
- Work with Transaction Coordination for new listing input, commission tracking and disbursements
- Approval of all listings for compliance of NWMLS
- Regular effective communication with real estate agents and marketing team to bring listings to market, both in house and at other offices
- Management of Multiple Listing Service and regular updates
- Perform other office tasks as directed i.e. office, broker and client meetings, oversee professional state-of-the-art printer for in-house marketing materials
- Project manage office and community events
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities
- Highly detail-oriented
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Word, Excel, Google Drive, CRM software and BrokerMint experience is a plus.
- MLS (Multiple Listing Service) experience is a plus.
- 1 Year of Real Estate Industry Experience Preferred
- Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical- thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
- Exceptional initiative and follow through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline and proactive mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of projects, and leading your team by show of example commitment to innovation and the desire to exceed expectations and requirements for the role by creating efficiencies for ownership
