The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Preferably holds an active Colorado Real Estate License.
- Proficient in CTM eContracts.
- Proficient in IRES and ReColorado (MLS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in various Google apps such as Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs.
- Knowledge of Brokermint, Skyslope, or Broker Wolf preferred.
- Keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills - Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills.
- General real estate knowledge and background.
- Comfortable giving and taking direction and adaptable with a can-do attitude!
- Adaptable to changing priorities and anticipating tasks.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control) and ability to flex with changing deadlines and goals.
- Being concerned about doing things the right way and staying calm under pressure.
- The office is in a retail environment. Applicant must be comfortable greeting clients at the front desk and engaging in a friendly manner with anyone visiting the office.

The anticipated starting salary for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000 per year; this position is eligible for annual incentive compensation.
