Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties. This role involves a variety of tasks, including maintaining equipment, fabricating parts as needed, and supervising maintenance activities to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on hotel rooms, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Fabricate components and parts as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.
• Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Execute residential painting projects as required to maintain property aesthetics.
• Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. and PTACs.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
