The Agnes Irwin School, an all-girls' Pre-K through 12th-grade independent school in the Philadelphia suburbs, is committed to fostering the intellectual and personal growth of girls and young women. Providing its students with a rigorous academic education, AIS is dedicated to developing each student's highest potential in intellect, character, and physical well-being.
For the summer of 2025, The Agnes Irwin School be running its Summer at AIS program from Monday, June 16 through Friday, August 1, 2025. Summer at AIS is seeking energetic, creative, and responsible Summer Camp Counselors work alongside our Camp Specialists to provide high-quality, enriching programs to boys and girls, ages 3 through rising grade 7.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
- Assist Camp Specialists with small group activities in specialized areas (some programs include : STEM, The Arts, PE, etc.)
- Implement activity-based curriculum to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Ensure the health and safety of all campers by following program procedures
- Build positive relationships with all campers and staff
- Chaperone field trips
- Assist during arrival and dismissal times
- Other duties as assigned by Camp Specialists and / or Director of Auxiliary Programming
