Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers telephones and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
- Greets and directs visitors. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax number, company website and other related information.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Provides clerical / administrative support Requirements
- Multi-line telephone skills
- Communicate verbally in a pleasant, professional manner

- Computer skills : Microsoft Office : Outlook, Excel, Word
