The Alinea Group is bringing our world-class dining experience to new cities, and we’re looking to connect with talented hospitality professionals who may be interested in joining us.
We will be hosting pop-up operations in Beverly Hills, CA, Brooklyn, NY, and Miami, FL, and are gathering a pool of potential candidates to assist with these temporary events. If you live in or near one of these cities and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
Back-of-House (BOH)
Roles: Commis Chef (prep), Chef de Parties (line work), and Tournants
General Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and execute menu items to The Alinea Group’s high standards
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Work efficiently to ensure timely service in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow direction from chefs and collaborate with the team to maintain quality and consistency
- Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably fine dining or high-volume service (Michelin Star experience is a plus!)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to take direction and work well under pressure
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Availability to work during the pop-up period in your city
