Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk:
- Create and send invoices to clients for services rendered
- Receive and process payments
- Enter information into QuickBooks
- Reach out to clients with outstanding invoices
- Answer inquires in regards to accounting
- Resolve any payment disputes
- Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Complete bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain all financial records
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Accounting Clerk
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Must have previous bookkeeping experience preferable with a logistics company
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to prioritize and multi task
- Superior attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a pet friendly environment
- Good time management skills
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hr
