Prequalification Specialist

As a specialty trade contractor, prequalifying with general contractors throughout the industry is a vital component of our continued growth. We're looking for a Prequalification Specialist to seek out and coordinate our engagement with prequalification programs as a member of the lead generation team at our corporate headquarters in La Vista, NE.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new companies to initiate the prequalification process.
• Complete all prequalification questionnaires, working with relevant departments to obtain the required information and documentation.
• Manage all prequalification portals and systems.
• Create and maintain all SAM.gov accounts for each of the ranches.
• Create and improve prequalification process and library.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills by various means and across settings.
• Familiar with industry terminology; background in construction helpful.
• Resourceful and demonstrated ability to successfully research and lead.
• Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.), Adobe, social media, and online tools.
• Self-driven & highly motivated.
