We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including daily cash flow accounting and reporting, managing office supplies, personnel files, processing payroll. Learning and working within an accounting software program and providing administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, strong bookkeeping skills, the ability to multitask in a relaxed-paced environment. We are looking for a part-time worker to job share this position. Up to 20 hrs per week. Some flexibility in work schedule can be accommodated.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure that all administrative duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team. Must be self motivated.
- Responsible for daily cash flow and reporting. Reconcile accounts.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records of office expenses and budgeting as well as required administrative files.
- Ensure that all office policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain personnel files, process payroll.
