The AmeriLux Family of Companies is Hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our maintenance team. You can expect to work with all departments in our plant - giving you the ability to work hand in hand with leadership and see your direct impact on maintenance projects and process improvements. Job duties range widely for the role of Maintenance Technician at Amerilux but the core is maintaining uptime on a variety of equipment for the production teams and driving growth through our four key metrics : Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost. The right individual is well rounded, loves to learn and focused on eliminating problems rather than correcting problems with temporary solutions.
Hours : We are a day shift facility with a limited crew on night and weekend shift. This position is Monday-Friday day shift (8 hours) with opportunity for overtime and on-call with incentive.
Job Duties :
- Troubleshoot / repair / maintain various equipment.
Examples of the type of equipment you will encounter at Amerilux include beam / panels saws, routers, aluminum extrusion saws, custom plastics saws, custom automated machines and lines, forklifts and specialized material handling equipment, cantilever and selective pallet racking, dust collectors, air compressors, yard trucks, drill presses, pneumatic tools and a variety of small tools and equipment.
Source / reorder and constantly evaluate spare parts inventory to maintain a high level of readiness.

Pay : $20-30 dollars and hour, Bonus pay, profit share
