AmeriLux International is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.
Role Facts :
- Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
- Material Precision : Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
- Enforce High Quality Standards : Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
- Operational Excellence : Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Inventory Management : Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.
- Physical Requirements : Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
