Medalcraft Mint, a small and privately-owned company, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team! Business is busy and we need to add staff! All our work is first shift, Monday-Friday.

Openings
- Shipping Clerk/Assembly- Final assembly, packaging, and shipping around one hundred packages a day via UPS or Fed Ex
- Pressroom/Machine Operator- Blank up coins from sheet stock to be inserted into a Press to strike (“coin”) the medal, then either use a lathe or trim press to remove the excess medal.
- CNC/Toolroom Associate – Set up CNC machines, keep them running efficiently and flex to other areas in the department, such as trim tool building and assembly.
- Medal Painter- Delicately paint medals either by hand or with a robot.
- Finishers-Put untreated metal through a process of antiquing for a crisp and uniform look.
- Polishers- Using a buffing wheel, apply even pressure to medal to remove lacquer, polish, and apply final buff to product to make it shine beautifully!
- Ribbon Folding/Sewing Associates FT or PT – Crimp and fold ribbons for military insignia or sew a neck ribbon onto a medal!
- Light Assembly- Polybag, jump ring, or any other light assembly tasks.

Education, prior work experience and specialized skills: Completion of or pursuing of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) desired. Previous employment in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required. An attention to quality, detail, and appreciation of deadlines is essential. Depending on the position, be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform the duties at a fast rate of speed.
Physical environment/working conditions: All positions are in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
