Job Summary
CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING/ADMIN. ASSISTANT
An established company within the construction industry is looking to fill a full-time accounting/admin. assistant position at our New Braunfels location. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities within the accounting and sales department. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of General Accounting preferably with experience within the construction industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Month End Reconciliations and Reporting
- Additional Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Accounting / Construction accounting experience
- MAS90 / Sage 100 Experience
- Able to effectively multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment or as a sole contributor
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Software
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
