Join Our Team as an ABA Front Desk Receptionist!
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to provide essential administrative assistance in our office while also supporting daycare operations. This role will include scheduling for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, managing daycare activities, and ensuring smooth operations within both administrative and daycare environments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting both children and staff.
What You’ll Do: Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors.
Scheduling for ABA Services: : Coordinate and schedule ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy sessions for children, working with parents and service providers. Act as a point of contact between parents, therapists, and the administrative team regarding any scheduling conflicts or updates. Ensure ABA service calendars are consistently updated and in alignment with daycare scheduling needs.
Team Communication: Collaborate closely with colleagues, provide timely updates on patient status, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Further education in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome eager learners (salary commensurate with experience)
