Job Overview
The Animal Clinic & Lodge at Ingram Farms is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. The ideal candidate is one that can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and prioritizing our client needs.
This part time position will provide 21-26 hours per week. Saturday shifts are required from 7:30 am-12:00 pm.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Schedule lodge reservations, check-in/check-out lodge guests, and maintain lodge paperwork.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
- Process payments
- Provide information on veterinary care, lodging, and pricing to our clients.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to facilitate smooth operations within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
- Previous experience in a reception setting is preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
