The Company : Home with Dignity provides end-of-life care for dogs and cats across the United States. Our Veterinarians are end-of-life, comfort-oriented care experts and have unique expertise in end-of-life processes, which they provide in the comfort of our clients' homes. Our support team consists of Veterinarians, Care Coordinators, and our HQ team includes our Regional Operations Supervisors, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. Our team is growing and therefore we are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our team.

The Position : The Marketing and Revenue Strategist will play a key role in the growth of current and new markets by executing meaningful marketing strategies that maximize revenue, growth, and profitability. This individual will track current market performance and trends, and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market growth. As a business partner to HWD Operations, you will use your knowledge to educate key partners, enhance awareness, and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
Our Ideal Candidate has a background in marketing strategy, marketing data analysis, with the overall goal of growing revenue in our established markets, creating new markets, driving growth in new markets quickly, and improving brand awareness in local communities. This candidate will possess strong communication skills, collaborate well within a team, is data-driven, and have a compassionate and empathetic approach to end-of-life veterinary services.
Who You'll Work With : The Marketing Strategist will perform a cross-functional role within our network and work daily with the Director of Operations and Manager of Operations; within our parent company, CareVet, they will work closely with certain departments including Marketing, Financial Operations, and more.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement meaningful marketing strategies to drive overall revenue and business growth
- Act as a key thought partner on developing a marketing strategy to accelerate the ramp-up process for new markets.
- Perform competitive market analysis and provide guidance to the team on areas of opportunity to better compete in both established and emerging markets.
- Oversee the Home with Dignity Ambassador Program in close collaboration with the Director of Operations and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Support Home with Dignity Ambassadors in grassroots marketing efforts, including scheduling lunch-and-learns, creating and distributing marketing materials to increase brand awareness in each market, and conducting mass outreach via email and / or cold calling.
- Utilize marketing techniques to share company mission with local businesses in each market to drive lead generation and word-of-mouth referrals.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of current strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings and additional revenue growth.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including new market entry, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
