The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University seeks an experienced professional to serve as a strategic-level program manager. This position will provide critical subject matter expertise on intelligence, information warfare, and cyber threats, risks, operations, capabilities, and acquisitions.
As a program manager, you will work closely with sponsors to develop high-quality assessments and operational solutions to address complex information warfare and cyber issues affecting the Department of Defense, US Cyber Command, and Intelligence Community missions.
This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing cost/scope/schedule of projects, coordinating with various program offices, and making hiring recommendations that meet mission objectives.
A degree in Engineering or Science discipline is preferred, and the successful candidate will have expert-level knowledge of US Government cyber acquisition strategy, the DoD PPBE process, and DoD acquisitions.
