Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Operations Specialist to join our Offensive Security Department. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the research and development of novel concepts and technical approaches to solving cyberspace operations challenges.
You will provide process enhancement for external risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing projects. Your expertise will be utilized to design and tailor security solutions based on sponsor-unique requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in cybersecurity penetration testing, red team testing, and white hat hacking
- Strong knowledge of networking, IT security, Windows, and *NIX
- Proficiency in software programming, programming languages, and development environments (C , Java, or Python)
- Ability to express technical information clearly and concisely in documents and presentations
- Active government security clearance
- Experience with DoD cyberspace operations
- Familiarity with cybersecurity testing frameworks (Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike) and automation tools (Ansible playbooks)
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodology and tools
- Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
