We are seeking a seasoned program manager to join our team at The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University and lead our efforts in cyber threats and operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical intelligence, information warfare, and cyber program strategies, as well as overseeing technical project implementation and execution.
You will interact with national security sponsors, deliver superior strategic and technical solutions, and manage cost/scope/schedule of projects.
A Master's degree or higher, plus 12 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required for this position.
