What does an Administrative Assistant in Employment Resources do?
The Administrative Assistant in the Maintenance Department is responsible for the safeguarding and confidentiality of all records, files, and other reports pertaining to the role. They also assume responsibility for ordering, receiving, inventorying, and distributing necessary materials, supplies, and equipment for all areas of responsibility assigned to the Maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Associate's degree in Secretarial Sciences or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
- 3 years of related experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Experience in the Custodial Field is preferred
