The Arc Montgomery County has an exciting newly created position for an Onboarding Manager. Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources & Staff Development, the Onboarding Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective onboarding process that aligns with the organization's goals and values. Other responsibilities include overseeing and managing the onboarding process for new employees, plus ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company. This role involves coordinating with various divisions / departments and providing support to new hires to ensure their successful integration into the company. The Onboarding Manager supervises the Recruiter(s).
JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision
- Hire, train, support, and supervise Recruiter(s), ensuring a variety of recruitment strategies are implemented to maintain a robust hiring program.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and completion of assigned duties.
- Manage communication and collaboration within the Human Resources team and with other divisions / departments to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled.
- Evaluate Recruiter(s), including feedback from others.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range : $67145 - $70,545 depending on education and experience.
