As an Employment Specialist, you will:
- Develop Employment Plans: Collaborate with service recipients to identify strengths, preferences, barriers, and goals related to employment
- Provide Customized Training: Equip individuals with the skills necessary to obtain and maintain competitive employment
- Foster Relationships: Network and build effective relationships with service recipients, community partners, and funding source personnel

Requirements
Basic Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum 20 years of age.
- Must have a Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points
- A minimum of two years' experience in related field with one year working as a job coach required
- At least one year of longevity with a previous employer
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors Degree in Human services or related field
