General Job Description:
The Data and Systems Specialist will manage and process large volumes of data for all programs. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across different program databases and systems.
Responsibilities:
· Enter and update data accurately and efficiently for all programs.
· Verify data for accuracy and completeness per program requirements.
· Maintain and organize data files and records.
· Perform data quality checks to correct errors.
· Generate reports for program evaluations and audits.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
· Manage and troubleshoot data system issues.
· Follow data privacy and security protocols.
· Use Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management.
· Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
· Apply strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
· Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
· Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
· Attend meetings virtually, in person or via phone with different programs and departments to ensure continuity of data, systems and budgets for participants.
· Conduct data processing using relevant software and tools.
· Complete and review purchase orders
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
· Experience personal or professional in the field of human services, developmental disabilities and or community services.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance and car registration.
· Ability to pass criminal background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 per hour
