Day to day as a Mobility Management Coordinator
As a Mobility Management Coordinator at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating communications and data for various agencies and transportation providers, ensuring seamless access to transportation services for our community members. Your responsibilities will include working closely with transportation providers to understand eligibility criteria and restrictions, providing personalized trip plans, scheduling volunteer drivers, and acting as a liaison for customers requiring transportation services through the Office for the Aging. By answering calls and offering tailored transportation solutions, you will directly impact the lives of veterans, elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and low-income families in Watkins Glen.
