Alternatively, candidates can qualify with a High School Diploma, five years of human service experience, and three years of supervisory experience. This position requires on year experience with aggressive behaviors and previous experience in an ID/DD setting is preferred, and a valid/clean driver's license is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership qualities.
