The Arc of Monmouth serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in group homes, day programs and supported employment. We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Adult Services Associate Manager for the Western Monmouth Day Program located in Morganville, NJ!
Job Summary:
The Associate Center Manager provides assistance and support to the Center Manager in the overall management of daily operations of the Day Program.
Qualifications:
- B.A. in human services field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- The ability to support persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in social, vocational, and self-care skills to promote community integration, and the ability to supervise other staff who support served persons.
- Certification in personal control techniques.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and a driving record which is acceptable to The Arc and its insurer.
