What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager ArcDeli FT position at The Arc of Monroe?
The Assistant Manager position exists to provide coordination of ArcDeli and its catering functions. The Assistant Manager provides supervision and training for staff and assumes responsibility for day to day operations in the deli.
Minimum Education & Experience
Associates degree in Culinary Arts, Business or related field, plus three years experience in institutional cooking, inventory and catering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensure/Certification
- Valid NYS Driver’s license required. Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self and individual for delivers and other operational needs as necessary.
- Must maintain current required certifications as designated by the agency including but not limited to: first Aid/CPR
