We are looking for Support Associates (DSPs) to work one on one with people who experience life with an intellectual or developmental disability where desired in their homes, communities or jobs. Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED, clean background, and a valid drivers license
Pay varies from $15 to $18 depending on experience and services.
As a Support Associate, you'll play a crucial role in:
- Assisting with stress management techniques to promote well-being.
- Fostering friendships and facilitating social interactions in the community.
- Guiding them in learning essential life skills, such as food shopping, healthy food choices, and maintaining a consistent schedule.
- Offering support in money management and financial decision-making.
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
