Duties
- Collaborate with fellow AmeriCorps members and The Arc team.
- Help individuals with disabilities learn much needed skills.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Foster relationships with the clients we serve.
- Work as part of a team to achieve project goals while adhering to Americorps guidelines.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project implementation.
- Experience or interest in community service, education, or social work is beneficial but not required.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- A United States Citizen, US National or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- At least a High School Diploma/GED or currently working towards one.
