We are currently hiring a Case Manager II at MCRD. This position is located on the military base in Point Loma. This role supports clients who work in the food service; mess hall at the Marine Core Recruit Depot (MCRD). You will manage a team of job coaches, facilitate successful strategies, model person-centered support and promote a safe and meaningful work life for all individuals receiving services.
Pay: The pay range for this position is: $26.00 to $27.30 based on tenure.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 11a-7:30p

A typical day will include:
- Developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) designed to enhance personal growth and independence; providing case management support and oversight for clients
- Supervise and offer support to your team of job coaches
- Scheduling and attend coordinated client service planning meetings
- Assessing effectiveness of authorized hours through service delivery and staff performance
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Have supervisory experience
- A B.A. with coursework applicable to the social services field
- 2 years hands on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Understanding and applicable related experience of case management
We’d love it if you:
- Have experience using electronic case management systems (Therap)
- Have experience in referral and funding procedures with the DoR and SDRC
